For orders placed after 2PM Pacific Time, we will ship the next day. Weekends are the exception. Always make sure you insure your packages against any loss. Also equally important, inspect the contents of your shipment immediately upon receipt. Shipping damage or loss must be reported to UPS and us ASAP in order to activate any claim. Delayed reporting can void any claims.
Due to shipper restrictions, UPS will not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. All shipments are subject to inventory availability. We really want your shopping with us to be a happy one, thus we will inform you about any possible substitutions you may desire or when your delayed purchase can be completed. This alternative is especially important during critical shopping times for Christmas, Valentines Day, and Mothers Days.
